Tim takes a different approach than most "experts."

Tim is a guide to company leaders, governments, and institutions worldwide. 

He works directly and personally with a company’s owner, CEO, and leadership as a trusted peer and experienced visionary leading a journey of appropriate strategy, growth vehicles, and sound methods for taking companies to the next level and massively beyond. Tim's clients often grow by 1,000's of locations, millions in revenue and capital investment while competing with the biggest and best brands in the world. 

Tim listens to your needs and opportunities. Nadine wanted to grow an idea together at her kitchen table to a large enough company that her husband could comfortably retire from his government job. After working with Tim and following the plan we built together, he retired and they could finally travel the world together while building her company. 

Tim has worked with many of his clients for years and some approaching a decade.  As these companies have grown – in tandem with Tim’s involvement – his service, experience, and insight have become all the more valuable to growth.

While Tim is deeply involved with the success and growth of his long-standing client companies, his advice and counsel are available for several new clients each year. Depending on the degree of help and participation you desire, Tim provides service by taking on one of three roles he provides to assist food enterprises: Advisor, Consultant, or Collaborator.

Unfortunately, some companies are just not a good fit for Tim's services. 

1. You are just starting out and don't have a product. 
Your food business must be established with at least a few months or years in the game. I find that my best fit clients love their product category and are already generating or at least plan to generate $250,000 a year in revenue. If you're brand new to launching your food business, consider first joining my Food Intensive or my Instant Advice program, both are available on this site. 

2. You don't have investment capital.
The accelerated growth I can offer you could take a fair investment of time and energy on our part. Your company needs to be well funded so that we can hit the ground running. Some of my strategies will require investment in time & effort. I just want to make sure you're prepared for that as we expand into new markets, gain authorizations and grow beyond your current revenue base. 

3. You aren't ready to take action now! 
I love working with action-takers. I care about results and that's what I expect. I'm very proud of my record of quickly doubling revenue and bringing on massive new success for clients. Could you be next?

Three ways you can work with Tim Forrest
Advisory. In this capacity Tim will serve as your backstage resource, meeting with you and/or the small team charged with effecting the growth transition in person, on the phone, and via email. This role would include sounding board for plans, idea and technique source for implementation steps, devil’s advocate on key market moves, third-party objective review source, and facilitator of the transition process itself. He would meet as often as needed. Tim would be constantly accessible by phone and e-mail for document review and advice.

Consultative. In addition to the responsibilities and contributions of option #1, Tim would also work with selected managers, team leaders, and third-parties to help them individually with their role in the growth and success of your food enterprise; recommend adjustments to systems and procedures that require modification to work optimally within the new customer sales and distribution structure; attend predetermined market meetings to evaluate the effectiveness of critical elements and be available to selected others at their request in addition to the primary team.

Collaborative. In addition to the roles described in both options #1 and #2, Tim would recommend specific sales and marketing work along with distribution actions; recommend appropriate third-party agencies and introduce key industry contacts; provide specific in-market action and attend important meetings; and manage much of the work process to support necessary actions to achieve our goals. This option includes an audit at a future point determined by you (We suggest three to six months after the completed action planning) to measure results against the baseline we previously established.

Note that all of the options include unlimited access to his time and help within the parameters described for accomplishing brand, market, and distribution goals. It is not unusual for Tim to quickly help a client double their sales onto the path of massive results.
