Georgia Olive Farms

Club Store Champion

Fondarific

Tim launched Fondarific from zero. He authored trade campaign, set pricing strategy, developed national plan, tradeshow program and introduced Fondarific to the Food Network.

Inventive​ Strategy Support

Tim was challenged to develop a strategy to expand the Dyson industrial B2B sales initiative. His strategic direction resulted in 83% year-over-year business revenue growth, including securing the divisions’ largest-ever B2B customer.

$16 Million Investment!

Zaycon Fresh enlisted Tim to help with preparation of this privately-owned company’s valuation. Tim assessed the firm’s value and advised on efforts to raise financing for the company’s food business. The end result was an infusion of $16 million dollars in new capital.

Bell-Ringing Sales Results

Blue Bell Creameries all broke sales records through a successful sales team event, after utilizing Tim’s insights and strategies. The resulting sales numbers were the largest in company history.

Problem Solved!

Rite Aid had a problem. They had purchased KB Drugs, a regional chain with 200 locations in six Southern states. At the time, KB produced a regional-favorite line of ice creams, however the ice cream plant would not be part of the Rite Aid purchase. Tim’s strategies helped Rite Aid avoid conflicts and successfully consolidate the regional KB chain into the national Rite Aid organization.

Prayasam

Amlan Ganguly, Director of Prayasam, dreamed of a commercial catering company that the children in the slums of Calcutta, India could operate for experience and graduate to skilled positions in restaurants and hospitality including owning their own enterprise.
